Subsequently, a taxi took us to the Quatier District 1; downtown Saigon (Ho Chi Minh). Taking our room at the hotel LanAnh, systhématiquement we collapse on our bed about two hours ... Awakens us to have supper with an exellent Tonkin Vietnamese soup, our first! And finally, here is really cheap compared to Malaysia!

THE CITY OF HO CHI MINH
First day discovering the city, we meet in Quebec friends around the world like us. We had already met earlier stages in Indonesia on the island of Trawangan! Erika and Jeff. Been with, we will take an organized tour to go see the famous holes Vietcons in the town of Cu Chi. What an experience! Peter experimented tunnels, I spent my turn!

Here in Vietnam we are in familiar territory, but with our guide Lonely Planet in 2000 (our last visit in Hanoi) we are completely "out of date." We take an organized tour with Sinh Cafe which includes; hotels, Transportation and Tours! What laziness ... but hey, we needed it, a little comfort and letting go ... it feels good.

IS ON HOLD!
Our organized tour, departing from Ho Chi Ming, lasted 6 days and 5 nights on the coast of south-east. A bus brings us to Dalat in the mountains. A hotel in Dalat, woe, the hotel asks for my Vietnamese visa! I explained to them that has taken M'E customs when entering the country ... Breff, I'm worried because in telling me I need one to two weeks to obtain further in Saigon ....

AND WE CONTINUE ...
Here, Dalat, paradise weddings in Vietnam! Not surprisingly, everything is cheesy but we still liked!
The day was loaded, a real marathon!

Day marathon finally over, tonight we will find Jeff and Erika for dinner as had also traveled to Dalat are on the same day as us but by their own means

Visiting a boudiste monastery with a beautiful garden, overhung with a really beautiful lake. The garden has hundreds of kinds of plants, flowers and Bonzi that we had ever seen at earlier stages.

Visit a chutte or you could do tricks elephant (real), ostriches (real) and duck-shaped paddle boats (fake fiberglass ... )

Visit a second fall down a mountain, wah, but what is good is that to go down the mountain we take a kind of ultra fast sled! It was the "highlight" of my day!

In Nha Trang, the view from our hotel!

In the morning we are transported into the city of Nha Trang, a kind of Florida on the beach with the board walk, neon lights and all those hotels, bars, water slide, ferris wheel etc.. .. Mmm. We spend two nights in this city. In the morning a boat bring us to an aquarium shaped boat immence cement carved, then we will go snorkeling equipment is rotten but then we have nothing to ... and finally we finish the day on a beach on the island "Vinepearl" with two friends met in the same "turn" we salute: Linh one Vietnamese who studied in France and Claire who is French.

Already, the sixth days and it's back to Saigon! Here we begin the process of finding my Vietnamese visa! First step, around 7:30 am we went to the airport can with little hope of finding the Vietnamese visa. Upon arriving, I moderated a discussion with leaders of Twann, nothing to do! They tell me it's my fault, it's impossible to happen. I must return to town to make another remake ... Peter and I go back to the central office of Immigration's airport and discouraged, I show them a photocopy of my visa that I treasured and surprise they had!

After a day full of emotion, we organize our entry in Cambodia three days with at préalabe magifique a ride on the Mekong Delta!

Day 1, by boat, we visit the floating market of Cai Be and haggling between the different boats. Crossed the Mekong Delta to Vinh Long, a bus takes us to the hotel in the city of Can Tho.

Day 2, we visit the floating market of Cai Rang. Observe the production of rice paper for making spring rolls, taste the local fruit: dragon fruit, pomelo, the chom-chome, goyard and the bananas in the tiny village of Long Xuyen. Tonight we sleep in Chau Doc and have dinner with Vietnamese hot pot with pork and fish with a hardy species of vegetables with garlic completely halucinants!

Day 3, today is the National Day of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - Declaration of Indepanda Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh). At the foot of the hotel (our luggage bicycle taxi) we go to the pier for a cruise. The morning sun is gorgeous, and the rowboat ride a great pleasure, the temprature still very bearable.
